Operations Crew Member Jobs
The operation crew member works closely with the producer, director and production team for various serials and shows for television. They coordinate and communicate production resources and facility arrangements in tandem with the production managers. They attend and time production rehearsals and coordinate planning meetings. The operation crew member checks copyright and permission issues and ensure royalties are paid for additional images. The operation crew member deals with artists' payments and expenses and produce budgets, monitoring costs and controlling expenses. They cue pre-recorded material, and oversee the timing during a shoot or show. The operation crew member has to ensure continuity, both on location and in the studio and deal with production enquiries from members of the public.
To become part of the operation crew member, one has to be a graduate in film or photography courses. Experience in working with different units is also preferable.
