Responsibilities: \u2022 Identifies, qualifies and sells new Property & Casualty client engagements with target organizations to achieve or exceed annual goals \u2022 Builds effective and collaborative relationships with the key decision-makers within the target organizations \u2022 Uses a highly consultative approach to setup sales meetings and conduct face to face meetings with prospects \u2022 Organizes and executes a multi-faceted sales plan to effectively make direct contact with prospects \u2022 Participates in professional organizations and informal networks to develop, build and sustain pipelines and to obtain prospects \u2022 Understands the short and long-term needs and challenges of prospects and how the MMA value proposition and industry best practices can assist in solving their problems, improve their competitive position and move their business forward \u2022 Works closely with a team of consultants and analysts to collaboratively develop solutions that will move prospects through the sales process and win the sale \u2022 Proficient in and a champion of the tools and processes, sales effectiveness techniques and best practices of MMA Qualifications \u2022 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite \u2022 Strong oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential \u2022 Ability to engage in client-focused critical thinking \u2022 Exceptional time management and organization skills \u2022 Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness \u2022 Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential \u2022 Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment Requirements: \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred \u2022 2 years of relevant sales experience and\/or Commercial P&C industry experience required \u2022 Successful business to business sales experience (professional services and\/or Commercial Property & Casualty preferred) including experience selling to executive\/senior level \u2022 Ability to learn, understand and champion sales process\/campaigns, and value proposition \u2022 Property and Casualty licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required \u2022 Frequent travel to various locations is required (Up to 50%).
