WALB-TV in Albany, GA is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a multi-media journalist/reporter.
The ideal candidate will have a strong on-air presence and excellent writing skills for on-air broadcast and digital platforms. Candidate must excel at making connections and researching information to develop strong story ideas. We are seeking someone who has a great work ethic, enjoys storytelling, and who is committed to upholding our live, local, and late breaking brand.
This position also requires writing and creating video for our online products and social media sites. Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field required. Camera and editing experience is a must. Candidate must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and MVR check.
