Digital Marketing & Video Specialist','229264','!*!General Summary
Gap Inc. is looking for a creative, organized and technically savvy Video Specialist to help our corporate and brand functions tell compelling stories through video. The Video Specialist will work closely with the Video Manager and Art Director to create and execute video projects. In addition, the Specialist works with internal business partners within Gap Inc. brands and functions to understand their communication objectives and educate them on video producing options and processes. Applicants must be technically skilled and highly competent with new and developing methods of visual storytelling.
Create video and photography projects from concept to completion. This includes producing, shooting, editing and delivering video projects on time and within budget
Collaborate with Video Manager and business partners on internal and external video projects to
communicate our corporate goals
Pitch original concepts including videos, interactive content and infographics that can be utilized across a variety of digital channels to meet marketing and campaign objectives
Build relationships with key business partners to identify opportunities to leverage video assets for broader use
Communicate project concepts, goals and expectations with business partners, vendors and talent
Write and distribute creative briefs and production call sheets for business partners, crew and talent
Create and/or acquire assets for projects. This includes working with business partners to collect marketing videos, b-roll and find archived footage
Responsible for media management. This includes ensuring video footage is archived, uploading and tagging assets on shared servers and DAM systems and fulfilling requests for video footage
Manage Gap Inc.’s Youtube page including uploading, tagging, promoting videos and obtaining analytics
Maintain video production equipment and troubleshoot as necessary
Follow industry trends and integrate new video production techniques and technologies','!*!Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Film/Video Production or a related field of study
Minimum of 3 years working as a Videographer, Camera Operator and/or Editor
Demonstrated skills in all aspects of video production including storyboarding, lighting, shooting, editing and conducting interviews.
Must be proficient working with Apple computers and Premiere Pro editing software
Must be proficient in operating professional video cameras and DSLR cameras
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with technical experts and business experts
Experience with photography and photo editing in photoshop preferred
Must be able to adapt to new technologies related to video production and social media content production
Looking for a candidate who loves all technical aspects of Video Production including shooting and editing
Must be able to lift 50lbs of equipment
