Our Promotions Producer stands tall at the crossroads of bold ideas and huge expectations. You will be responsible for recruiting viewers through a multi-platform approach to watch and interact with our product. News Channel 10 is the dominant source for News, Weather, and Sports in the Texas Panhandle. We connect with viewers through television, online and social media, and we aim to do even more.
You will write, shoot and edit promos/commercials and social media posts that engage a diverse audience. It will allow you the opportunity to flex your creative muscles, work with top notch Adobe editing/graphic software, Canon cameras and learn from an accomplished, extremely creative team.
No wimps, whiners, or complainers. If you require a recipe to get stuff done, move on. Please understand, we write a new recipe almost daily.
A self-starter is a must!
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: In pursuit of or have obtained a level of education beyond high school; Video/Photography skills; Video editing skills a must; Love for News; Must have a clean driving record; Pass a drug screening test.
TYPICAL SCHELDULE: Full time, weekday late afternoons and sometimes evenings. Can be subject to change or school schedule.
