Work closely with operations managers, analysts and engineers to design, build, test and document new features or enhancements to existing processes
Work with Engineers Automating current processes and procedures
Document operational processes and procedures
Maintain excellent documentation wiki/collaboration sites
Develop end user training and Support Documentation
Design and improve processes to achieve continuous improvement
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in BIS, Data Analytics, Business or related program; 3.0 GPA (strongly preferred)
Knowledge of process engineering software systems
Experience leading projects, and/or ability to meet with people and understand their needs
Experience using Tableau or Related Reporting Tools
Presentation skills and experience
Experience with Service Now (preferred)
Experience Building Metrics to measure service levels and Performance Metrics to drive continues improvement
Exposure to day to day Operations that run large businesses like iHeart
Cross functional experience with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owners
Opportunity to learn and understand business needs and translate that to software requirements
