To learn more, visit www.360i.com. 360i\u2019s Studio Department is looking for an entry level Motion Designer who will directly support the creative department in producing client work as well as creating engaging case study videos for client campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who comes from a background inclusive of Motion Graphics, Interaction Design, and Film-Making\/Storytelling. Responsibilities Create and animate title cards and animate digital journeys\/websites\/apps using existing PSDs. Experience with motion graphics, 3D, VFX, compositing, typography, and illustration and apply that experience to case studies, spec work, and rip videos. Learn new skills and stay up to date on technical and digital video developments and successfully apply these to work practices to help improve creative output as well as processes and procedures. Help bring creative ideas to life in a relevant and engaging way, communicating ideas coherently and enthusiastically.\u00a0 Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work on several deadlines at a time. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail during the production process. Work independently as well as with internal teams and clients to manage complex projects. Qualifications 2-3 years experience as a Motion Designer is required.\u00a0 Considerable experience executing creative, narrative motion design to a high standard. Experience working in a creative\/agency or post-production company is a plus but not mandatory. A degree in Film, Animation, Visual Studies or other moving image-related field preferred. Experience using editing software: Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Maya. Secondarily: FCP and Adobe Premiere. Knowledge in sound design software such as Logic or ProTools is a plus. A good understanding of best practice for pre-production - storyboarding and script development.
