The production site also hosts tours for consumers offering guests intimate views at the inner workings of thriving entertainment studios. Opportunity Overview What part will you play? Warner Bros. Studio Facilities seeks a Clerk Floater for the Studio Tour Temporary Pool Department. Warner Bros. Studio Facilities oversees the physical operations of Warner Bros. Studios, one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. Physical production facilities on the historic 110-acre main lot include 30 soundstages (including one of the tallest in the world that also has an in-ground water tank with a two-million-gallon capacity) plus a 20-acre backlot that can double as almost anywhere, be it a jungle in the rainforest, Main Street, USA or a bustling metropolitan city. Adjacent to the main studio lot is the Warner Bros. Ranch, a 32-acre facility which houses five additional soundstages and various exterior sets. If so, working in our Studio Tour department would be a great opportunity for you! We are currently looking for temporary/seasonal passionate individuals with exceptional guest service skills. This is a great position for someone who enjoys interacting with people and who would like to make a direct impact on our visitors. These duties include but are not limited to ticket sales, scripted and unscripted presentations, escorting guests around the studio, and answering phones and making tour reservations. Initially, our Tour employees start off in guest service roles, however, depending on business needs and stellar performance, they may eventually get trained to be Studio Tour Guides. Our Tour Guides are responsible for taking guests on a two-and-a-half-hour tour, where they are able to see the behind the scenes soundstages, sets and props from some of our current and past productions. What do we require from you? Open availability is a must for this position as the shifts vary between 6am-8pm including weekends and holidays. Since you will be driving a customized passenger tour cart, a valid CA drivers license is required. Candidates who have previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, however, with bright outlook, positive personality and willingness to contribute to a larger team you would fit right in! Must have the ability to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods. The Warner Bros.
